The Staff at CES would like to send out a special thank-you to the SRC students and families and the SCC families who supplied the supper meals for the teachers during parent teacher interview days. These delicious meals are much appreciated and enjoyed by the CES staff!
The students at CES had fun decorating the gingerbread houses last week. The gingerbread houses were displayed and sold at the silent auction at the Dicken's Festival over the weekend. Thank-you to all those who placed bids on the houses, the winners will be contacted to pick up their houses. Funds that were raised from the houses will be going towards Smart Boards.
December 20th we will be having an outdoor winter carnival for the students of CES. We will be playing fun games outside from 9:00-10:30. Please dress appropriately to be outside on the 20th. We will have the assembly on this day at 10:30 after the carnival.
December 21st is Red and Green day. CES students will be walking to the Carlyle Movie Theatre in the morning to watch a movie together. The 21st is CES's Annual Friendship Meal. Details on this will be sent home with students. The 21st is the last day of school before Christmas Holidays and we have an early dismissal on this day. Students will be dismissed at 1:45pm.
