On Nov. 9, the Carievale 4-H Beef club held their monthly meeting.
Kamryn Gilliland called the meeting to order, the pledge was resided, and roll call was made.
Minutes of last meeting were read. The financial report was given, a motion was made to pay the bills was made, and a member second it. Record books were handed out to each member.
Old business was discussed. The district meeting report was from Kamryn Gilliland, Jordan Cowan, Teresa Cowan and Mikyla Cliff, who attended. Food bank donations were brought from each member, and the bottle drive was gone over.
New business was discussed. The building at the arena ground with the estimated total cost of building and labour was considered.
Mikyla Cliff made a presentation about parasites of beef cattle. All members listened and took part.
The next meeting is on Dec. 14 at 7 p.m.Â
