Just imagine, your wedding day has been set and you now need ideas for bridesmaid dresses, gifts, or to find that perfect dress for looking your absolute best. Or for grade 12 students a need to find the perfect grad dress is a necessity. In addition to the ideal dress, jewelry and the perfect hair-do is essential.
On Nov. 2, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Prairie Place Hall will welcome an exciting new event for brides-to-be as well as high school students looking for graduation dresses.
The Bridal Extravaganza will see a number of vendors with everything from jewelry to hair dressers to dresses; everything you need to look your best for the big day all under one roof and found in Arcola.
The event comes with organizers feeling this type of service to the area would be well received as typically people looking for dresses, jewelry, and all facets of wedding planning look to Estevan, Weyburn, or Regina. This often requires an expectation to travel at least an hour or more; but this event, which includes a fashion show, is not only held locally, but gives back locally as well.
"All proceeds go toward the Arcola School new gym development and Carlyle Pool," organizers state.
Advanced tickets are available at The Pearl in Carlyle as well as Flower N Things in Wawota at $10. Though a ticket is not needed for the day, the advanced tickets include a free gift at the door as well as entry to win a $1,000 travel voucher.
Also, sprinkled throughout the day will be a 50/50 draw and a silent auction as well as live entertainment and cocktails.
Therefore, as one is wandering through to see what vendors have to offer or while watching the fashion show one can enjoy a cocktail or a specialty coffee by Michael's.
In total there will be 42 southeast Saskatchewan vendors all tailored towards weddings and graduations with The Pearl Boutique, Promise Wedding and Event Rentals, Angelic Nails by Amber, SunDog Travel, and so much more.
A full list of vendors can be found on the Bridal Extravaganza's Facebook page, Bridal and Trades Show Extravaganza.
