Arcola School welcomes Mike Callfas, the new Senior Math and Science teacher to their staff. Originally from Glenavon, he and his wife 鈥� who is from Kisbey 鈥� were excited to move from Pangman closer home. 鈥淚鈥檓 excited to be in a larger school,鈥� Callfas explained. 鈥淓veryone has been super welcoming and I鈥檝e been pretty busy, but it鈥檚 been great. I鈥檓 really looking forward to getting to know the community.鈥� In addition to the first week of school Callfas was aided in getting to know the community through the back to school BBQ, which was extremely well attended.
