ESTEVAN - The Estevan Mercury is excited to announce the winner for this year's Mother's Day contest.
Donna Cyr had her name drawn at random Friday morning from the nearly 100 people who entered this year's contest. Cyr nominated her mother Myna Cyr for the competition. People took the time to explain why their mother is the best.
The Cyrs won a bouquet of flowers, and $50 gift cards to the following businesses: A&A Jewellery, Diamond Skin Solutions, Fired Up Grill, Four Season Rental & Repair, KFC - Estevan, Kon Artisan Ice Cream, Prairie Face and Vein Clinic, Sobeys, and TS&M Woodlawn Golf Club.
