Lampman School celebrates its graduating class of 2022

The last couple of years were full of challenges and unexpected turns.

Lampman School wished farewell to 13 graduates of 2022.

LAMPMAN - Lampman School saw 13 students graduate this year on June 4.

Approximately 300 family members and friends gathered at the Lampman school gymnasium to witness the gala affair.

The graduating class was grateful to have this event, as the last couple of years were full of challenges and unexpected turns, but in the end, it all worked out.

Here are the graduates and their plans for the future.

•Madeline Christensen, daughter of Brad and Tammy Christensen, will be attending Lakeland College in Vermillion, Alta., studying animal health technology and specializing in large animal medicine.

•KayZee Ferber, daughter of Zak Ferber, was accepted into the University of Calgary to study psychology.

•Derek Weinrauch, son of Dave and Tina Weinrauch, is planning to get his class 1A driver’s licence.

•Kailey Dube, daughter of Blake and Della Dube, will attend Mount Royal University in Calgary for her bachelor of health and physical education, majoring in physical literacy, to become a fitness trainer.

•Albert Raflores, son of Aleli and Philbert Raflores, plans to attend Sask. Polytech in Moose Jaw for computer engineering.

•Lindsay Johnson, daughter of Kirk and Shaunna Johnson, will go to Sask. Polytechnic in Saskatoon for a degree in the Sask. Collaborative for a bachelor of science in nursing.

•Hayden Willock, son of Trevor and Dawn Willock, was accepted into the University of Saskatchewan for engineering.

•Ryder Farnsworth, son of Ryan and Paige Farnsworth, is unsure at this time what his future plans will be.

•Spencer Sauder, son of Karla Block and Leif Sauder, will do an apprentice for heavy-duty mechanic in Alberta.

•Kelsey Carson, daughter of Fred and Shaelynne Carson, will attend the University of Saskatchewan for a bachelor of arts degree in archaeology and anthropology.

•Roger Enns, son of Jacob Enns and Getruda Reimer, will enter into the field of welding.

•Lucas Fleck, son of Jarrod and Leanne Fleck, is apprenticing as an electrician.

•Bethany Prentice, daughter of Bain and Kim Nicolls is taking online and in-person schooling at the Â鶹ÊÓƵeast College in Estevan for photography, accounting and starting your own small business.

The students’ advice is to never quit, work hard, finish your projects on time and enjoy your school years with your friends. Take your time with making tough decisions. Always be your best and good things will happen.
