ESTEVAN - The City of Estevan has announced the intersection of Arthur Avenue and Albert Street is completely closed Friday with no through traffic, due to a catch basin replacement.
This closure includes the 600-block, east-side Arthur Avenue sidewalk.
The public is requested to avoid this area and find an alternate route until the construction work has been completed.
