WINDTHORST - The Windthorst Lions Club once again held their Light up the Town Christmas light contest.
Residents were encouraged to keep their lights on during the evenings of Dec. 17 and 18 for the judging to take place.
Although there were many houses all decked out for Christmas, only a few could be chosen as the winners.
Bryan and Barbara Kuntz took first place, and won $50. Second place and $30 went to Lindsay and Sherry Krieser, while Terry and Sharon Batters finished third and won $20.
Honourary mention goes out Downer Street for the best lit street in the village.
