CARLYLE — Carlyle District Lions Club members Heather Vermeersch and Duncan Brown are recipients of the Judge Brian Stevenson Fellowship. The fellowship is one of the top awards that a Lion can earn. Club president Gord Paulley and recipient Duncan Brown participated in the presentation recently.
