REGINA – A third person has been charged in connection to the murder of 42-year-old Christopher Seaton of Regina.
On April 23, Regina Police Service arrested 42-year-old Larry Windigo and charged him with accessory after the fact to murder. He will make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on April 24.
On April 10, 36-year-old James Dubois of Regina was charged with first-degree murder and on April 17, 38-year-old Alexandra Dubois, also of Regina, was charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
On April 10, at about 12:20 a.m. police and EMS were called to a home in the 400 block of East College Avenue for a report of an injured male. When officers arrived, they found Seaton injured and attempted life-saving measures. EMS arrived on scene and declared him deceased.
Seaton was Regina’s second homicide victim of 2025.
