Saskatchewan home to Country Thunder’s ‘one millionth fan’

‘All Roads Lead to Country Thunder’ encourages fans to share stories of the event.

This year’s Saskatchewan Country Thunder festival will go through July 14 with acts including Luke Combs, Nickelback, Dallas Smith, Meghan Patrick, Josh Ross, Gary Allan and many more.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Country Thunder Music Festival has announced it will welcome its one millionth fan during its Saskatchewan event July 11-14.

This is a landmark moment for the festival, which has been operating festivals in the area since 2005. This year’s event will go through July 14 with acts including Luke Combs, Nickelback, Dallas Smith, Meghan Patrick, Josh Ross, Gary Allan, and many more. 
After scanning their ticket at the entrance, one lucky festival goer will be notified they’ve won the title of “One Millionth Fan.” The fan will receive two Platinum Experience passes with Artist Hospitality access for life, a golden laminated festival pass, an autographed artist guitar, and a prize pack worth over $20,000 from the festival’s sponsors. 


To celebrate this – and the countless communities that make Country Thunder what it is –Thursday June 20, Country Thunder is launching "All Roads Lead to Country Thunder.” This initiative encourages Country Thunder’s fans to share stories of their annual expedition to the events – from festival prep, to the journeys’ beginnings, and their memorable travel experiences along the road. Stories can be submitted online or shared via social media, using the hashtag #AllRoadsLeadToCountryThunder. Each fan who participates is entered to win an autographed guitar.


The full lineup for July 11-14 includes Luke Combs, Nickelback, Dallas Smith, Josh Ross, Gary Allan, Jackson Dean, Gord Bamford, Tenille Arts, Lonestar, Shenandoah, Phil Vassar, Meghan Patrick, Jake Worthington, Madeline Merlo, Tim & The Glory Boys, Lydia Sutherland, Harlequin, Melissa Mannett, Quinton Blair, DETOURcountry, Wonderland, FogDog.
