SASKATCHEWAN - Saskatchewan has welcomed the first babies of 2025.
Atticus Marcien Harper Vandale was born at 12:19 a.m. on Jan. 1 at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon, making him the city's first baby of this year.
Another firstcomer of 2025 is Brynlee Anne Fredlund, who was born in Regina and weighed six pounds 14 ounces.
The provincial health authority says everybody is doing well.
