Vernon Arnold Parker, late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, born August 10, 1943, passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 80 years. At the request of Vernon and his family, there will be no formal service held at this time. Donations in memory of Vernon may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
