Raymond Abrahamson, of Invermay Health Centre and formerly of Preeceville, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday April 1, 2025, the day that he turned 84 years of age.
Raymond was predeceased by his mother, Bernice (Olson); father, Nels “Albert” Abrahamson; step-mother, Retta (Richardson); grandparents, Karin (Hogg) and Erik Abrahamson; aunts, Hattie (John) Iversen, Helen (Bruno) Esbensen, and Elsie (Robert) Gray; uncles, Clarence (Ann), Einer, Otto, Harold, Walter (Anna), and Edwin (Ruth) Abrahamson.
Raymond is survived by his brother, Keith (Marge) Abrahamson and their son, Mark (Tanya Sachowski), Lynn (James) Brown and their children Haley and Ava; son, Scott (Lisa), and their children, Kaelyn, and Kai; his sister, Karin (Dave) Konkel, and children, Erik (Amanda) Parkin, and their children, Peyton, Kinsley and Aspyn; Naden (Angela) Parkin, and their children, Hadley, Finn and Sullie, and daughter, Kelsey (Chad) Leschasin, and their children, Everett and Nels.
A Graveside Service will be held in the summer.
