Jordan James Rudolph Beck (Jordy, JJ, JB, Beck, Jables) was born February 29, 1996, and passed suddenly on October 3, 2024, at the age of 28 or 7-we often joked he looked young for a 28-year-old or old for a 7 year old.

Jordan never met a stranger; everyone he met very quickly saw that special quality, that heart of gold, that genuine spark that drew people to him. Jordan had a twinkle in his eye, a huge smile and a laugh so infectious that he could have everyone laughing right along with him – usually at the expense of one of his siblings, his father or his mother. He was also an animated storyteller and had the gift for gab, one of his favourite past times was just sitting down and visiting for hours on end.

Jordan spent a year working in BC, he loved it there and thoroughly enjoyed travelling around seeing the mountains, forests and lakes. He had many passions in his short life. He grew up playing hockey, you could always see #4 giving all he had on the ice, many times leaving an opposing coach scratching their head at how the smallest player on the ice could go into the corner with the largest player and not only come out with the puck but then score.

As he got older, Jordan found passions in drawing, painting, video games, cosplay, movies, all kinds of books, and writing and filming movies with his best friend Kota. Jordan found his greatest joy in music. He taught himself to play guitar and bass. He had the most eclectic taste in music – every decade, every genre, many obscure and popular bands and singers he had a long, long list of music he loved, and he was constantly sharing or recommending to his friends and family. He could often be caught singing or humming along with whatever song he was listening to or what was playing in his head.

Jordan was predeceased by his Grandma Gwen, Grandpa Dale, Grandma Karen, Grandpa Billie, Auntie Amanda, Uncle Scott, Cousin Faith, Great Aunt Diana, Great Uncle Rodney and Great Uncle Dale.

Jordan will always be loved and missed by his mother Paula, father Todd; siblings Damian (Shaelyn), Taylor (Austin), and Braxton (Talys); niece Cali; nephew Cayden; aunts and uncles Pam (Cory), Tyler, Theresa; cousins Paige, Dylan, Hailey and Kyle; great-grandma Jean; best friend Kota; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Social Celebration for Jordan’s Life will be held on Friday October 18, 2024, at 6:00pm at the Eagles Club, 561 Home St W, Moose Jaw.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association of Canada, 1300-522 University Ave. Toronto, ON M5G 2R5.

In living memory of Jordan, a memorial planting will be made by W.J. Jones & Son Ltd. Please sign the memorial register at website: (Obituaries). Chrystine Dacey- Funeral Director
