Two youths charged with break, enter and mischief after Wilkie Golf Club sheds broken into

A 43-year-old male was charged with possession of weapon for dangerous purposes after members received a complaint of disturbing the peace.

Unity Report

RCMP received a report of a break and enter at a barn in a rural yard near Unity but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Members acted as mediators in a neighbour dispute.

Police received a report of trespassing. The complainant later requested no further action be taken.

Members acted as mediators in a family dispute.

RCMP spoke to an individual regarding an animal well-being concern. Members spoke to the animal owner.

Members acted as mediators in another family dispute.

Police conducted a property check at the request of the property owner.

There were also four false alarms, one traffic complaint and one false 911 call.

Wilkie Report

RCMP received a complaint of individuals breaking into golf sheds at Wilkie Golf Club. See related reports.

Members are investigating a complaint of assault.

Police received another complaint of individuals breaking into golf sheds at Wilkie Golf Club. This matter is still under investigation.

A 60-day roadside suspension was issued to a vehicle driver during a traffic stop.

RCMP received a report of trespassing. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint and issued a verbal warning.

A 43-year-old man from Wilkie was charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose after Members received a complaint of disturbing the peace.

Police received a report of a suspicious individual walking around Wilkie. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of the complaint.

There was also one traffic complaint.

Macklin Report

RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence. This matter is still under investigation.

Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a family friend.

Police received a complaint of theft, but it was unfounded.

There were also two traffic complaints.
