UNITY – The regular meeting for the Unity Town Council was held Feb. 13 with Deputy Mayor Brent Weber, councillors Bob Abel, Chris Halter, Curtis McLean, Ryan Sernecky, CAO Aileen Garrett, Office Manager Stacy Godin, directors Lisa Feser, Jake Senger, Janet Ulsifer and Bylaw Enforcement Officer Braydon Voll were present.
The Council accepted Fire Chief Dwaine Kopp’s retirement from the Unity Fire Department and Kopp’s recommendation of Colby Klein to be his replacement. Council also approved the recommendation submitted by Braydon Voll regarding loading zones at 313 Main Street.
The meeting then moved to “in camera” from 7:48 p.m. to 8:18 p.m. and was adjourned shortly thereafter.
