PRINCE ALBERT - Prince Albert Police Service Major Crimes Unit have laid charges against a suspect following a shooting on Nov. 17.
On Dec. 8, police attended to Meadow Lake where a 27-year-old male suspect had been arrested by Meadow Lake RCMP.
The man has been charged with possessing a firearm while prohibited, discharging a firearm while being reckless, discharging a firearm with intent to endanger a life, careless use of a firearm, possess a firearm without a licence, possess a weapon dangerous to the public, carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated assault and uttering threats.
The 27-year-old man made his first court appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Dec. 9.
