The Dekker Centre and at Rotary Plaza were the sites for North Battleford Urban Treaty Day Wednesday, hosted by Battlefords Agency Tribal Chiefs. A major highlight was the grand entry at 1 p.m. led by mayors Ryan Bater and Ames Leslie and area chiefs, followed by dance demonstrations from world champion powwow dancers.
