A bouquet to the individual who stopped the evening of Sept 26 on Highway 40 to Cut Knife at the scene of a car vs. deeraccident. Not only did this person stop to see if everyone was okay, this person helped the people trapped in the vehicle and didn't leave until after the ambulance arrived.
A boot to the people in the vehicle that also hit the deer, stopped, got out, checked their vehicle, looked up the hill at my vehicle, got back into their vehicleand drove away. There were still people trapped inmy vehicle.
