WILKINS, VALERY GAIL - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Valery Gail Wilkins left us peacefully on November 4, 2012, in Comox, BC, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 62 years. Val lived near Wetaskiwin, AB from April to October and spent the winter months in Arizona. Her illness prevented her from travelling to Arizona this year so her wish was to spend this winter in BC. Val is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, David Wilkins, daughter Tammy (Glen) Ross and son Chris (Becky) Wilkins. She was a very proud grandmother of 4 grandchildren, Brandon Ross, Jenifer Ross, Michael Wilkins and Connor Wilkins, all who loved their special Grandma time. Sister, Viv (Ray) Edworthy; brothers, Rick (Jill) Ryhorchuk, Doug (Mary) Ryhorchuk and Terry (Ann) Ryhorchuk; mother-in-law, Phyllis Wilkins; sisters-in-law, Linda (Ray) Carriere, Maureen (Greg) Vaughan; brother-in-law Rick (Marion) Wilkins and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Tea will be held from 2:00pm - 4:00pm on Wednesday, November 14th at Wesley Hall at the Third Avenue United Church, 1301 - 102nd St, North Battleford, SK. ____________________________________________________
