Florence is survived by her loving family: daughter, Gwen Sturm of North Battleford, SK; son, Jack (Frances) Summerfield of Sechelt, BC: daughter, Holly (Alex) and children: Billy & Kaitlyn of Kelowna, BC; brother, Bud Steen of Guelph, ON and sister-in-law, Betty Heno of Cochin, SK; nieces and nephews. Florence was predeceased by parents: John and Melinda Steen; husband Harold Edward Summerfield and son-in-law, Gary Sturm. The Funeral Service was held Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from "The Garden Chapel" ~ Battlefords Funeral Service, North Battleford, SK with Rev. Peter Norman, St. Paul's Anglican Church, North Battleford, SK officiating. Family Shared Memories were read by Rev. Peter Norman. Music Ministry was Organist, Mr. Glenn Goodman and Soloist, Robert MacKay "Amazing Grace". The Pallbearers were Randy Bird, Jeff Bogdan, Don Selte, Marno Auchstaetter, Ray Turner and Stan Landry. Memorials are requested to S.P.C.A. ~ The Humane Society, P.O. Box 645, North Battleford, SK S9A 2S7. Interment took place at City Cemetery, North Battleford, SK.
