SUBERLAK: In Loving Memory of John Suberlak who was born June 27, 1936 at Holobia, Ukraine and passed away November 24, 2013 at Saskatoon, SK. John is survived by his loving wife Audrie; his sister, Julie (Richard) Bartko & family: Brad (Leanne) Bartko - Shawna, Ryan; Dan (Kim) Bartko - Matt, Chase, Ethan; Jolene Bartko (Nathan Rafuse) - Austin, Ashley; Kelly (K.C.) Hinderager - Jack, Finn, Ava, Stella; his brother, Tony & Marie & family; Tammy (Ralph) Winterholt - Jade, Kylee, Luc; Deanna (James) Poitras - Logan, Jacob; Tony Suberlak Jr. (Ashley Kennedy); Curtis (Nicole) Suberlak - Ridley & Isla; Audrey's family: Barb (Garry) Moir, Grant (Donna) Westgate, Brenda (Don) Burgess, Dianne (Alfred) Hempel, Debbie (Bob) Noyes and their families. John was predeceased by his parent, Peter & Mary Suberlak and his first wife Elsie. The Prayer Service was held Thursday, November 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. and Funeral Mass was held Friday, November 29, 2013 at 3:00 p.m; both Services from All Saints Ukrainian Catholic Church, North Battleford, SK with Fr. Vladimir Simunovic, Celebrant. The Cross Bearer was Curtis Suberlak and Music Ministry was Cantor and Choir Director, Mrs. Ann Prystupa and All Saints Church Choir. Epistle Reading by Tammy Winterholt & Deanna Poitras and Shared Memories by Tony Suberlak Jr. & Dan Bartko. The Honourary Pallbearers were "All Who Shared His Life" and the Urn Bearer was Brad Bartko. Interment followed at City Cemetery, North Battleford, SK. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Battlefords Funeral Service 306-446-4200. Card of Thanks The family wishes to thank everyone who sent flowers, cards, food and special thanks for all the phone calls. Thank you to the doctors and nursing staff at St. Paul's Hospital and at Battlefords Union Hospital emergency, your compassion and kindness will always be remembered. Thank you to Fr. Vladimir Simunovic and everyone who took part at the Service. Thank you to Bob MacKay and staff from Battlefords Funeral Service. ____________________________________________________
