REITER - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marguerite Reiter, late of North Battleford, on April 22, 2013 at the age of 84 years. Marguerite was born on December 1, 1928 at Lemsford, Saskatchewan.

REITER - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marguerite Reiter, late of North Battleford, on April 22, 2013 at the age of 84 years. Marguerite was born on December 1, 1928 at Lemsford, Saskatchewan. Marguerite leaves behind to forever cherish her memory her children: Darlene (Wayne) Payne of Meota, SK and their children Sheryl Herle, James Herle, and Michael Payne; Yvonne Senger of Saskatoon, SK and her children Gerald Senger and Duane (Denise) Senger; Tim (Louise) Reiter of rural North Battleford, SK and their children Dave (Erin) Reiter, Ken Reiter, and Shanna Reiter; Bernice Finley of Grande Prairie, AB and her children Matthew Finley and Mitchell Finley; great-grandchildren: Carter Little, Rachel Little, Tacoa Payne, Shayna Senger, Braden Senger, Dolainey Senger, Tristan Senger, Kaden Senger, and Madison Reiter; brother Ralph Dietz of Medicine Hat, AB; brother-in-law Cecil Bye; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Louis Reiter; parents Jacob and Rosie Dietz; brother Art (Clara) Dietz; sisters Helen (Dietz) Bye, and Mary (Dietz) and Peter Hoffart; sister-in-law Rose Dietz. Prayers were held on Friday, April 26, 2013 from the Chapel of Sallows & McDonald - Wilson & Zehner Funeral Home, North Battleford, with Jean Pawlus presiding. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from Notre Dame de Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, North Battleford, with Reverend Father Gerard Legaspi as Celebrant. Shanna Reiter gave the eulogy. Music ministry was by Lisa Hornung-Chipak as organist and Jaki Esquirol as soloist. Active Pallbearers were: Sheryl Herle, James Herle, Gerald Senger, Duane Senger, Dave Reiter, Ken Reiter, Shanna Reiter, Matthew Finley, Mitchell Finley. Interment took place at the City of North Battleford Cemetery.
