POLICHUK - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Terry Polichuk, late of North Battleford, Saskatchewan on December 31, 2011 at the age of 63 years. Terry was born on September 13, 1948 at North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Terry leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Sally; sons: Trevor (Audrey) and their son Ethan; Tyler (Crystal) and their children Lukas and Chloe; Devin; sister Julie (Dave) McIntosh; sister in law Sonia Polichuk; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Dmytro and Anne Polichuk; brothers Walter and Andrew Polichuk; and sister Sophie Polichuk. Prayers were held on Monday, January 9, 2012 from Chapel of Sallows and McDonald - Wilson and Zehner, with Reverend Father Walter Kostiuk presiding. Divine Liturgy was celebrated on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from Ukrainian Catholic Church of All Saints, North Battleford with Reverend Father Vladimir Simunovic and Reverend Father Janko Kolosnjaji as Celebrants and Ann Prystupa as cantor. Pallbearers were: Ken Pernala, Everett Bjerkness, Mark Streisel, Nick Marchewka, Chris McIntosh, and Guy Elias. The family have requested that memorial donations in Terry's memory be made to Palliative Care or COPPS, care of the BUH Foundation, PO Box 1358, North Battleford, SK S9A 3L8. Interment took place at the Glass Lake Cemetery.
