Kim is survived by his loving family: his partner, Leona Landry and her children & grandchildren: Shantelle Abel - Riley & Ava; Cory (Shelly) Landry - Jason; Jennifer (Scott) Ehrmantraut - Kaylee & Daxon; by his mother, Gertrude Meisel; his sister and family: Ursula (Bryan) Acton - Christopher, Sean & Peter; by Leona's father, Paul Landry; his feline family: Squeek & Pretty and many relatives and friends. Kim was predeceased by his father, Wilhelm Meisel; by Leona's mother, Marie Jeanne Landry. Celebration of Life was held Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from Denholm Community Centre, Denholm, SK with Reverend Gerald Back officiating. Memorials are requested to Palliative Care Unit - Battlefords Union Hospital, c/o: Battlefords Union Hospital Foundation, Box 1358, North Battleford, SK S9A 3L8. The Pallbearers were Joe Foulds, Don Klippenstein, Mitch Solomon, Robert Bjerkness, Steve Soare and Billy Soare. Interment will take place at a later date.
