Charlotte was born on March 7, 1930 to Malcolm (Mac) and Annie Sullivan and was the 6th of 9 children. She is survived by Russell Don Lahti, her loving husband of 39 years. During their marriage, they enjoyed life in many locations, including Winnipeg, Churchill, Ile a la Crosse, Creston and Battleford. She leaves to mourn, her children Pat (Harry) Barrington, Carole (Bob) Maertens-Poole, Rod (Debbie) Turnbull, Doug (Sue) Turnbull, Stuart (Chris) Turnbull. She is also survived by her sisters Maggie Strachen and Rita Paron and her sisters-in law Shirley Sullivan and Francis Sullivan, all of Entwhistle, Alberta. Charlotte was blessed with 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her youngest son, Harvey, her parents and her brothers Pat, Tom, Leo, Jerry and Danny. Charlotte was one of the first women auctioneers in Canada, practicing since the early 1950's. She also served as a school librarian and a councellor. Charlotte thoroughly enjoyed her hobby of "garage saleing" and was proud to be a groupie when Russell did his musical gigs at various centres around Battleford and Creston.
