KORMYSH , Peter Edward June 27, 1936 - March 23, 2012 On Friday, March 23, 2012, Peter Kormysh of Edmonton, AB sadly passed away at home at the age of 75 years. Peter is survived by his loving companion, Helen Shermata; children, Richard (Jeanine) Kormysh of St. Albert, AB, Sharon (Louis) Kolla of Fort Saskatchewan, AB and Donna (Kevin) Cunningham of Beaumont, AB; grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Robyn, Julia, Nicholas, Jessica, Randi and Allan. Also left to mourn his passing are his brother, Paul (Jean) Kormish of Camrose, AB; sisters, Marion Scott (Ken) of Saskatoon, SK, Rose (Terry) Simpson of Whiterock, BC and Phyllis (Doug) McLeod of Glaslyn, SK; and sister-in-law, Lavina Kormish of Edmonton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, Mike and Sophie Kormish; and brothers, Nestor and Walter Kormish. Funeral Rite Monday, April 2 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 12104 - 129 Avenue, Edmonton with Right Reverend Mitred Father Nicholas Orest Rauliuk officiating.
