HARTY: Stephen Francis Harty passed away peacefully in the St. Paul's Hospital, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at the age of 93 years. Stephen will be sadly missed by his wife of 63 years, Teta; children: Mary and Duane Dawson, Michael and Marie Harty, Mark and Linda Harty, George and Cynthia Harty, Jerry and Janice Harty, Steve Harty and special friend Denise, Jim and Andrea Harty, Colleen and Les Coghill, son-in-law Henry Brumby; thirty one grandchildren; twenty four great grandchildren as well as numerous other relatives. The prayer service was conducted from the Christ The King Roman Catholic Church, Edam, Saskatchewan on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. with Father Dong Doan officiating. The mass of Christian burial was conducted from the Christ The King Roman Catholic Church, Edam, Saskatchewan on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. with Father Dong Doan officiating. The eulogy was read by Michael Harty and Mary Dawson. The organist was Darcy deMontarnal. The honorary pallbearers were All Relatives & Friends Who Knew And Loved Him. The active pallbearers were Ernest Harty, Dustin Harty, Daniel Harty, Patrick Harty, Jeremy Dawson and Joel Coghill. The interment was held in the Edam Catholic Cemetery. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Turtleford, Saskatchewan administered the funeral arrangements.
