FROLEK: In Loving Memory of Hazel Anne Frolek (nee McPherson) who was born April 3, 1928 at RM of Great Bend near Borden, SK and passed away September 22, 2011 at North Battleford, SK. Hazel is survived by her soul mate, the love of her life, her husband Robert and their eleven children and families: son: Bob (Joy): Andrea, Erin, Steven, Sarah (Will Iverson) and Blair; their grandchildren: Kelsey, Liam, Berk and Kade; daughter: Louise (Jules van Rosebrook): daughter, Victoria; daughter: Frances (Norbert Michaud): Matthew (Stacey), Justin (Heather), Adele: grandchildren: Ethan, Tynan, Lakyen and Portia; son: Hughie (Michelle): Jane, Carmen and Ben; daughter: Pat (Byron Howlett): Jordan and Lucas; daughter: Diane; daughter: Chris (Rik Meere): Josh and Lindsey; son: Wes (Karla): Dillon, Tyler and Lexie; son: Andrew (Renee): Adam (Kristi), Megan (Branden Morris) and Jody: grandchild: Grayson; daughter: Stephanie (Daren Merkowsky): Jason and Katie; daughter: Karen (Curtis Smith): Riley. She is also survived by her sisters and their families: Jessie Bettcher, Betty Kuttai, Nora (Lawrence Perehudoff); sisters-in-law: Iris McPherson & Olga Frolek; brothers-in-law: John Frolek and Jerry Frolek; numerous nieces and nephews. Hazel was predeceased by her parents, John and Annie McPherson; parents-in-law: Steve and Barbara Frolek; brother: Johnny; sister: Ellen; brothers-in-law: Jim Frolek, Reg Frolek, Don Frolek, John Bettcher, George Kuttai, Doug Piper, Jerry Kent; sisters-in-law: Kay Frolek and Mae Kent. The Funeral Mass was held Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph Calasanctius Roman Catholic Church, North Battleford, SK with Rev. Fr. Val Besas Celebrant. The Cross Bearer was Riley Smith. The First Reading was shared by Carmen Frolek; Second Reading by Sarah Iverson and Intentions by Megan Frolek and Jody Frolek. The Urn Bearers were Jason Merkowsky and Josh Meere. The Eulogy was given by Louise Frolek and Pat Howlett. Memorials are requested to The Donor's Choice.
