FROLEK: In Loving Memory of John Joseph Frolek who was born January 23, 1936 at North Battleford, SK and passed away March 16, 2013 at Lethbridge, AB. Left to cherish John's Memory are his two brothers Robert Frolek of rural Battleford, SK and Jerry (Ann) Frolek of Calgary, AB as well as numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents, Steve and Barbara Frolek; brothers, Don, Reg, and Jim; sisters, May and Kay and sister-in-law, Hazel. The Funeral Service was held Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from "The Garden Chapel" ~ Battlefords Funeral Service with Mr. Pat Smith, St. Josephs Parish, North Battleford, SK, Presider. The Honourary Pallbearers were "All John's Family and Friends Who Shared In His Life". Memorials are requested to the Canadian Cancer Society.
