FORSYTH: Celebrating The Life of Marjorie Ella Forsyth who was born Feb. 15, 1919 at Edam, SK and passed away Oct. 1, 2011 at North Battleford, SK at the age of 92 years. Marjorie is lovingly remembered by her sons: Walter of Lund, BC, Andy (Mildred) of Ponoka, AB, Neal of Alex, AB, David (Helena) of Sicamous, BC, Barry of Battleford, SK and Stanley of Mirror, AB; daughter-in-law, Linda Forsyth of Ponoka, AB; son-in-law, Ed Wilkie of Ponoka, AB; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Dave (Marie) Grant of Edam, SK; sister, Irene Grant of Bashaw, AB; brother-in-law, Charlie (Margaret) of Nevis; sister-in-law, Della (John) Medaugh of Meadow Lake, SK, Peggy Grant of Edam, SK. She was predeceased by her daughter, Vivian Wilkie; son, Donny; husband, James Andrew Forsyth; brothers, Stewart and John Grant; sisters: Mina, Mary and Louise; five brothers-in-law. A Funeral Service was held Wed, October 5, 2011 at 2: 00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Battleford, SK. The Discourse was given by Frank Weber and the Eulogy was shared by Sharon Pipke. The Honourary Pallbearers were Angela Lewis, Janice McLennan, Christine Hall, Ian Forsyth, Theresa Forsyth, Serena Forsyth, James Forsyth, Michelle Pipke, Sheila Forsyth, Carmen Forsyth and Dana Forsyth. Memorial Donations are requested to S.P.C.A., the Salvation Army, or a Charity of the Donor's Choice. Interment will take place at a later date at Mirror Cemetery.
