Hugh Alvin Desmarais passed away peacefully on November 21, 2015 at the age of 76. He is survived by his loving wife Myrtle; daughters: Jamie (Jerry) of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, and Holly of Prince George, BC; son Owen of Prince George, BC as well as 7 grandchildren: Alana, Brittany, Brandon, Arrah, Bretton, Jordon and Charlie. Hugh was predeaceased by his parents Hughie and Evelyn Desmarais and sister Colleen. There will be no service at Hugh's request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local chapter of the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Autism Society of BC. Assmans Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
