BRISTOW: Beverley Anne Christine (née Erickson), 78, of North Battleford, SK on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at St. Paul's Hospital, Saskatoon, SK. Bev is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Gerry , North Battleford; children, Valerie (Wayne) Mulholland, of Regina, SK; Murray (Joyda) Bristow, North Battleford; grandchildren: Ian Mulholland (Elizabeth Tomczak); Andrea Mulholland (Tyler Willox), all of Regina; Katie Bristow and Mitchell Bristow, North Battleford; brothers, Gary (Lynne) Erickson, Regina, and Grant Erickson, Whitewood, SK; niece, Lesley Erickson (Roland Longpré), Vancouver, BC and nephew, Neil Erickson (Mary Campbell), Anaheim, SK, and many special cousins and friends. Born in Percival, SK on December 1, 1934, she was predeceased by her parents Eric (1984) and Annie (1987) Erickson (née Nelson) of Whitewood. A woman of style, wit and culinary excellence, Bev's memory will always be cherished by those who loved her. She made being a grandmother an art form. Memorial Service to celebrate her life was held on Saturday, July 27 at 2:00 p.m. at "The Garden Chapel", Battlefords Funeral Service with Rev. Fred Tinio officiating. Memories were shared by her daughter, Valerie. Music Ministry was provided by Glenn Goodman, Organist; Recorded Selections were "Happy Meeting In Glory" & "Face to Face That I Shall Meet Him"; Hymn Selections were "How Great Thou Art" & "Mansion Over The Hilltop". The Honourary Pallbearers were "All Who Knew and Loved Her". Flowers are gratefully declined. Those wishing to honour Bev's memory are invited to donate to The Battlefords Union Hospital Foundation Inc, Box 1358, North Battleford, SK S9A 3L8. The family is thankful beyond measure for the exemplary care provided to Bev by the staff of Battlefords Union Hospital, STARS and the medical teams in the Intensive Care and Progressive Care Units of St. Paul's Hospital, Saskatoon.
