BINGHAM ~ William Latimer Bingham passed away peacefully in the Battlefords Union Hospital, North Battleford, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at the age of 87 years.

BINGHAM ~ William Latimer Bingham passed away peacefully in the Battlefords Union Hospital, North Battleford, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at the age of 87 years. William will be sadly missed by his wife Patricia; daughter Beryl Timpany; sons: Gordon and Pauline Bingham, Lloyd and Donna Bingham; grandchildren: Danielle and Phil Roscher, Chelsea and Russell Anderson, Aaron and Kaylee Timpany, Kaytie Chartrand; great grandchildren: Ethan, Griffin, Finley Roscher; sister-in-law Lynden Shier; brothers-in-law Milton Proctor and Bob Blacklaws as well as many nieces and nephews. The memorial service was conducted from the Mervin United Church, Mervin, Saskatchewan on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Canon Donald Skinner officiating. The eulogy was given by Rick Bullerwell of Cut Knife, Saskatchewan. A cowboy poem "He Knows" was read by Marg Uhlig. A duet "Precious Lord, Take My Hand" was sung by Reverend Canon Donald Skinner and Marg Uhlig. The hymns sung were "We Plough The Fields And Scatter", "Beyond The Sunset" and "When The Roll Is Called Up Yonder" accompanied on the organ by Noreen Williamson. The honorary pallbearers were Pat Safarik, Myrna Shier, Aaron Timpany, Russell Anderson, Phil Roscher, Roy Creelman, Milton Bingham, Emma Bingham, Keith Brebner, Rick Bullerwell, Florence Nickason, Glen Brebner and Janis Woodward. McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster, Alberta administered the funeral arrangements. CARD OF THANKS The family of the late William Bingham wish to thank Dianne Pruden and the Ambulance attendants for their kind attention to Bill's needs, and the nursing staff of North Battleford hospital for their exemplary care. We also wish to thank the Reverend Canon Donald Skinner, the organist Noreen Williamson the soloists, Marg Uhlig and Reverend Skinner and the choir for their special roles in the service. We are deeply grateful for the Eulogy given by Rick Bullerwell and McCaw Funeral Service who were in charge of the arrangements. We really appreciated the excellent lunch provided by the Mervin Merrymakers. Thank you for all the kindness shown by calls, visits, cards and food brought to the house. Donations to CNIB and the Turtleford Nursing Home were gratefully received. In addition, we would like to thank the Home Care ladies and Shirley Rogers for their kind and caring services.
