The Humboldt Broncos added two to their loss column when they went on the road last week.
The Broncos fell 7-4 to the Battlefords North Stars on November 23, then 7-3 to the Kindersley Klippers the next night.
In North Battleford, the Stars came out to an early 1-0 lead with a goal nine minutes into the first period.
Humboldt tied it up with a goal by Justin Buzzeo, assisted by Jeremy Boyer, at 17:09 of the first.
The Broncos took the lead with a second point at 2:02 of the second, scored by Nick Keller, assisted by Steven Taylor, on the power play.
The Broncos added to their lead with a third point at 3:03 of the second, scored by Taylor Johnson, and assisted by Riley Gillies and Adam Antkowiak.
But the Stars got within one at 4:07, then tied it up with a power play goal at 16:14.
In the third, the North Stars blitzed Humboldt goaltender Andrew Bodnarchuk early in the period, scoring four points in just over five minutes.
With the game at 7-3, the Broncos fought back, and managed to add one more point, again on a power play, at 17:53. Adam Zbitniff scored the goal, assisted by Antkowiak and Johnson.
Just one fight broke out over the 60 minutes of play. Logan Sproule of the Broncos dropped gloves with North Star Tanner Schwab at 4:59 of the third period. Both got five-minute majors for fighting.
The Broncos went two for five on the power play, while the Stars were one for four.
The Stars out-shot the Broncos 40 to 36 in the game.
Just one Bronco was named among the three stars of the game - Taylor Johnson earned third star honours.
The next night, the Broncos were in Kindersley to face the Klippers, and again let seven goals into their net.
Kindersley got three goals past Bronco netminder Matt Hrynkiw in the first period - at 9:07, 13:35 and 17:17 - to take a big lead early in the game.
Humboldt failed to respond until early in the second period, when Jeremy Boyer, assisted by Spencer Braaten and Matt Glowa, got the Broncos on the board at 2:10.
The Klippers answered right back with a goal at 2:31, then the Broncos earned a power play goal at 11:34, thanks to Adam Antkowiak, assisted by Jake Rawlins, and then brought the game within one with an unassisted goal by Justin Buzzeo at 12:16.
Unfortunately, Buzzeo's was the last Humboldt goal of the night.
The Klippers scored at 13:59 of the second to make it a 5-3 game, then added two more points in the third period to win by a four-point margin.
Penalties were sparse in the game - the Broncos got three in the first and one in the second, while the Klippers earned four in the second and one in the third.
On the power play, the Broncos were one for four, while Kindersley was zero for four.
The Klippers out-shot Humboldt 42 to 30 over three periods.
