A woman accused of robbing a Lloydminster hotel at gunpoint has a show cause hearing on Thursday.

A legal aid lawyer for 20-year-old Kacey Dillon told the Lloydminster Provincial Court today that he expects to have a consent release for her on July 15.

Lloydminster RCMP alleges that Dillon, along with Rocky Wuttunee and Jade Whitstone, robbed a hotel at gunpoint on March 29. Police say they fled in one of the victim’s vehicles.

Wuttunee was arrested in April and RCMP released Dillon’s photo asking for help locating her. She was arrested in May and has been in custody since.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 2.

The charges against the accused haven’t been proven in court.
