A man wanted by RCMP on violent offences was arrested and released on bail.
Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers had issued an alert in March saying Cody Caron, 38, was wanted on warrants for assault with a weapon, break and enter, possession of a weapon while prohibited and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Caron was located and apprehended. Then after a show cause hearing in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 3, Caron was released on a no financial obligation bail.
He is now scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 17.
