Two women are facing assault charges after two separate investigations Saturday, July 10 by the Saskatoon Police Service.
Police say a man and a woman sustained non-life threatening injuries in an incident that occurred at 8:57 a.m. Saturday at home in the 100 block of 23rd Street East.
A 25-year -old woman has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon.
A woman was injured in another assault reported at 10:32 a.m. at an address in the 1700 block of 20th Street West. at 10:32 a.m. Saturday.
A 28-year-old woman was charged with aggravated assault. The suspect and injured female were known to each other, police say.
