Too late to mail: Drop-off locations provided for mail-in ballots

Mail-in ballots can be dropped off up until 8 p.m. Nov. 13.

The City of Saskatoon is recommending mail-in-ballot voters not mail their ballots after Nov. 8 as the Nov. 11 holiday may prevent delivery until after the 8 p.m. deadline on election day.

SASKATOON — Be ready to return your mail-in ballot before the deadline so it can be counted. 

Elections Saskatoon recommends you do not send your mail-in ballot back by mail after Nov. 8. With Monday, Nov.11 an observed statutory holiday, this is to ensure your mail-in ballot is received before the 8 p.m. deadline on election day to be counted.

Voters can drop off mail-in ballots at any drop-box location before 4 p.m. on Nov.13:

  • Shaw Centre, 122-Bowlt Cres.
  • Cosmo Civic Centre, 3130-Laurier Dr.
  • Lawson Civic Centre, 225-Primrose Dr.
  • Lakewood Civic Centre, 1635-McKercher Dr.
  • Saskatoon Field House, 2020-College Dr.
  • Saskatoon City Hall, 222- 3rd Ave. N.

On election day, Wednesday, Nov. 13, voters must drop off their mail-in ballot at the Elections Saskatoon Office before 8 p.m. The office opens to the public at 8 a.m. on Nov. 13. Ballots returned after 8 p.m. on election day cannot be counted.
