Three vehicles were involved in a collision that happened Friday morning at the intersection of Airport Road and Territorial Drive.
One person was transported by WPD Ambulance to Battlefords Union Hospital with undetermined but minor injuries.
Four others were treated on the scene and released. All were wearing seat belts.
At least one of the vehicles sustained major damage as a result of the collision, which took place around 11:15 a.m. Friday.
Four apparatus and six fire personnel from North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services were on the scene for about a half hour. The RCMP were also there, and WPD Ambulance sent two of their ambulances to the scene to deal with the injuries.
WPD is also reminding people to take extra care when driving due to an increase in traffic on the roads, and to have patience with other drivers on the road.
