NORTHWEST - Update: RCMP say the highway is now clear for travel.
Background: Cut Knife RCMP are currently on the scene of a rolled semi on Highway 40, approximately 5 kms east of Neilburg.
A full closure of the highway is required while the semi is being removed. Motorists can expect delays and are asked to slow down and follow police directions and/or detours in place.
