A Redvers man had another court appearance in Estevan Provincial Court Dec. 9 but the matter was adjourned to give him more time to get a lawyer.
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) and Carlyle RCMP arrested Vernon J. Zelionka, 45, on Oct. 7 after launching an investigation in August. Police say they found child porn when they raided his home. They seized two computers and a cell phone.
Zelionka was released on bail with numerous conditions.
The charges against him haven’t been proven in court.
Zelionka is scheduled to appear next in Estevan Provincial Court on Jan. 27.
