SASKATOON - A man was taken to hospital Monday afternoon after a bear spray incident in Saskatoon.
On Oct. 7 at approximately 4:30 p.m., police were called to the 200 block of Avenue O Â鶹ÊÓƵ for a report of a male who had been bear sprayed.
Upon arrival, officers located a male suffering from the effects of bear spray. He stated the assault happened at Avenue M Â鶹ÊÓƵ and 21st Street. The man was transported to hospital for further care.
Upon further investigation, it's believed the victim and suspect are known to one another.
