Person killed in Little Pine crash

A 21-year-old man is dead following a collision Sept. 1 on Little Pine First Nation. The collision happened at around 10:15 p.m. RCMP say they responded to a 911 call reporting that a vehicle had crashed on Center Road on Little Pine First Nation.

The collision happened at around 10:15 p.m. RCMP say they responded to a 911 call reporting that a vehicle had crashed on Center Road on Little Pine First Nation.

The vehicle, a blue four-door, had two occupants. The 21-year-old male was declared deceased on the scene, while a 25-year-old left the scene.

Police say they are continuing to investigate. The RCMP in Cut Knife are being assisted by the RCMP traffic reconstruction expert from Saskatoon. Also assisting was Cut Knife EMS.

No names have been released at this time at the request of the family.
