HUMBOLDT — A collision between a semi and a car west of Humboldt resulted in one death.
Saskatchewan RCMP said the Humboldt RCMP, Humboldt EMS, as well as the Humboldt and Bruno fire departments, responded to the collision, located on Highway 5 two miles west of Carmel, at around 6 p.m. on Aug. 19.
Police said the man driving the car was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was alone in the vehicle. The lone semi driver did not report any injuries.
Saskatchewan RCMP said a RCMP collision reconstructionist and the Humboldt RCMP continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
