One new death is being reported Tuesday in the North West in the provincial government’s COVID-19 report. The death was of a person in the 30-39 age group from the North West zone.
The death bring the North West zone’s total fatalities to 79, as compared with 569 for the province.
The North West’s subzone 1 has two active cases, subzone 2 has 20, subzone 3 has eight and subzone 4, comprising the Battlefords, has seven, for a total of 37 active cases, ten less than yesterday.
There are four people in hospital in the North West and recovered cases are up another 11 from yesterday to 4,582.
