More confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Living Sky division

Living Sky School Division has confirmed more cases of COVID-19 within the division. On Dec. 4 they reported a case of COVID-19 was diagnosed in an individual in Unity Composite High School.

Living Sky School Division has confirmed more cases of COVID-19 within the division.

On Dec. 4 they reported a case of COVID-19 was diagnosed in an individual in Unity Composite High School. The school has received a deep cleaning and sanitizing and remains open at this time. Those in close contact have or are being notified.

As well, on Dec. 6 Living Sky division reported a case of COVID-19 was diagnosed in an individual in Norman Carter Elementary School in Wilkie, and in two individuals in Spiritwood High School.

Once more individuals in close contact are being notified and the schools received a deep cleaning and sanitizing. Both remain open at this time.

The division says it continues to work closely with Public Health staff to ensure necessary measures to protect students and staff are in place.

Two cases at Connaught School, reported Nov. 19 and 20, are still on the provincial government’s list of COVID-19 cases in Saskatchewan schools for the last two weeks.
