Man wanted by RCMP appears in La Ronge court

Jerry Tinker had an appearance Monday in La Ronge Provincial Court.

LA RONGE – A man who was wanted by Pinehouse RCMP for not complying with electronic monitoring had an appearance in La Ronge Provincial Court Monday.

On Nov. 10 Pinehouse RCMP released Jerry Tinker’s photo asking the public’s help locating him after they charged him with failing to comply with two court ordered conditions including reporting to a probation officer and enrolling/complying with electronic monitoring.  At the time, Tinker was to be put on electronic monitoring for uttering threats and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Tinker was arrested Nov. 30 at a home in Pinehouse and additionally charged with two counts of resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Tinker appears next in La Ronge Provincial Court Dec. 13 to speak to his matter.
