SASKATOON - Two men have been arrested following a sexual assault at the Saskatoon Exhibition.
Shortly before midnight on Tuesday, Aug. 6, police patrolling the Saskatoon Exhibition were notified of a sexual assault that had just occurred. Through investigation, police found that a 16-year-old female was sexually assaulted by a man she did not know prior to that night on the fairgrounds. She was transported to hospital by police to receive medical attention.
Investigation led officers to identifying and arresting a man the following day.
On Friday, police announced they had arrested and charged a second man, aged 32.
